Refund policy

Saratoga Peanut Butter Company guarantees your satisfaction!  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of your purchase.  After that, all sales are final.

If purchased from a store, the return must be made there at the place of purchase.

Credit will be issued back via the original payment method if returned within 15 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority mail.
