Thai Peanut Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy Saratoga Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger, cayenne pepper together in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until brown sugar is dissolved and sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.
